The association is managed by Board of Directors and its support staff of Managing Director, Project Coordinator, Project Finance and Administrator, Project field officer and Community mobilizer. The Association project is managed on a daily basis of which the evaluation of the project is done by the Managing Director based on the operational areas of the Association. The Managing Director as the immediate line manager will manage the project implementation and the programme staff i.e. Project Coordinator, Project field officer, Project finance and Administrator and Community mobilizer. The project coordinator and project finance and Administrator are the front line staff with primary responsibilities for capacity building, support and managing other staff.
